Every qualifying treatment you receive at MilfordMD is automatically logged. Let our team know you're enrolled so we can confirm points are applied.
Points accumulate in your account after each qualifying visit. You can track your balance through each program's mobile app or web portal.
When you're ready, redeem your accumulated points for treatment certificates and apply them directly toward your next visit at MilfordMD.
