At MilfordMD, a Micro-Botox, also referred to as Mesotox, Microtox, or Skin Botox, treatment using AquaGold Fine Touch takes the concept of traditional microneedling and enhances it by simultaneously delivering a customized rejuvenation cocktail. MilfordMD’s cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Marina Buckley, personalizes each rejuvenation cocktail to address specific skin needs and aesthetic goals, using a combination of neurotoxin (such as Dysport or Botox), hyaluronic acid filler (such as Restylane or Juvéderm), platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or other growth factors, retinol, vitamin C, antioxidants, or other nutrients, anti-aging serums or skin boosters.

There is virtually no downtime associated with a MilfordMD Microtox treatment using AquaGold Fine Touch. The vast majority of clients can return to their daily activities as normal. Immediately after treatment, the treated area(s) may look slightly red, but the redness will subside within 24 hours. Other mild side-effects that may occur after each session include:

• Irritation in the treatment area
• Temporary pain and sun sensitivity
• Redness or peeling
