Jane is our head registered nurse (RN) and Office Manager. She was recently given an award for 25 years of loyal and dedicated service. Her skill and expertise are world class. Patients appreciate her competence and reassuring gentle approach.
Amy is our Medical Assistant who has over 7 years’ experience in the medical field and a true passion for helping others. This proud mother takes pride in extending heartfelt patient care, as she knows firsthand how vital that can be to the decision-making and recovery process. In her free time, Amy enjoys arts and crafts, as well as outdoor activities.
Laure is our Aesthetic Consultant who has been in the Aesthetic Industry for over 8 years. She has a vast knowledge of all our cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical treatments and skin care products. As a patient liaison, she works hard in bridging a positive and open relationship with our doctors and practice. Above all, Laure’s role is to offer personalized assistance to ensure that your MilfordMD experience is exceptional. In addition to her full-time position she is involved in musical theatre, as well as commercials and infomercials.
Heidi is the Front Office Supervisor who will always greet you with a warm and friendly smile. She has a degree in Education, which enhances her ability to successfully deal with the demands of a busy practice and diverse patient base. Heidi is quite knowledgeable about the treatments and procedures offered at MilfordMD and is always happy to answer any questions. In her spare time, Heidi likes to contribute to her community and spend time with her family.
Claire is our other front desk receptionist whose genuine sweetheart personality will make you feel welcomed from the moment you meet her! She is a licensed cosmetologist and has over 7 years’ experience in the health and beauty industry. While her off-the-clock hours are filled with school work as she completes a degree in business management, she manages to find time to hike with her son and family.
Gae is Dr. Richard Buckley’s Executive Assistant. She assists in facility management, oversees financial operations and assists MilfordMD’s Billing Coordinator. Gae is a friendly and courteous behind-the-scenes key team member who has been working with the practice for over 20 years.
David is our Billing Coordinator and maintains our day-to-day financial operations. He has experience in all facets of accounting, with over 20 years’ experience as a CPA. He has worked with both small and large Fortune 500 companies. In his spare time, David is an avid reader and golfer.
Veronica is our Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives. Her responsibilities include project management, strategic planning and implementation support for key organizational initiatives, including marketing, public relations, infrastructure and technology. Some of her work behind the scenes at MilfordMD is showcased at our events, on social media, and on our website. In her personal time, Veronica enjoys nature hikes, jogs and bicycling.
