Q. What makes BELOTERO BALANCE® different from other fillers?
Belotero Balance® is made of a material called hyaluronic acid, or HA. HA naturally exists as a component of your skin. Other fillers are also made of HA, but Belotero Balance® has unique properties that allow it to adapt within the skin for even correction.
Q. When can I expect to see results and how long do results last?
You will see results immediately. As soon as Dr. Buckley injects Belotero Balance®, the filler plumps the skin and smoothes away lines and wrinkles. Individual results may vary, but for most people Belotero Balance will last about six months or more.
Q. Can I go right back to work after treatment?
You can even do this procedure on your lunch hour. There is little or no downtime associated with Belotero Balance®, depending on each individual.
Q. How safe is it?
Belotero Balance® is FDA approved, and has undergone clinical studies to prove its safety.
Q. Are there any side effects?
As with any injection, you may experience mild irritation, swelling, itching, bruising, tenderness or redness at the site. These side effects generally resolve without issue.
