While both are silicone shells, they differ in what they are filled with. Saline breast implants are filled with sterile salt water. Silicone breast implants are filled with a gel. Many women say that silicone implants feel more like real breasts than saline. The gel in Natrelle® gummy implants is surrounded by a state-of-the-art breast implant shell that is designed to keep the gel inside. Natrelle gel holds together. When Natrelle INSPIRA® Cohesive is cut outside the body, the gel stays in place.

- Regardless of the age of the implant, Allergan provides product replacement in the event of a deflation or rupture due to loss of shell integrity
