Restylane Silk is the first hyaluronic acid filler approved by the FDA to augment the lips and smooth lines around the mouth. Adults with thin lips, those who notice their lips getting thinner, or want fuller lips are ideal candidates for the in-office procedure, he says. “This particular filler was designed specifically for making the lips look naturally plumper and more youthful,” Dr. Buckley says.
Dr. Buckley also uses a Restylane filler product to rejuvenate earlobes. Sculptra Aesthetic, a poly-L-lactic acid filler, works on the chest, face, and buttocks by gradually stimulating collagen in treated areas, therefore smoothing surface lines and crepey skin. Research has shown that 80% of Sculptra clients were satisfied with their treatment results 25 months after their last injection, according to SculptraAesthetic.com. “The décolleté tends to be visible in clothes.
