Among the headliners of the 2018 New Year, New You events: CoolSculpting. CoolSculpting remains the number one non-surgical fat reduction treatment in the world, and the only FDA-cleared non-surgical fat reduction device that uses controlled cooling to eliminate unwanted areas of fat. “We might be tired of the freezing cold this winter. But, in cosmetic medicine, freezing has its benefits,” Dr. Buckley says. “The approach, called Cryolipolysis, allows us to treat the unwanted fat without making any incisions or doing surgery.
