Amy Clarke, MA

Amy Clarke, MA is our Clinical Coordinator and Medical Assistant with over 14 years of experience in the medical field of which 7 years are exclusively in the Cosmetic Industry. Amy holds numerous certifications for aesthetic treatments and in addition to managing incoming leads, she is hands-on with patient care and assures that the entire nursing staff is running smoothly. She helps guide clients through both facial rejuvenation and body sculpting decision-making to ensure their aesthetic concerns and desires are achieved.

Yvonne Germain, RN

Yvonne Germain, RN is one of our Registered Nurses. She graduated from LCC in 2015 with her RN and went on to receive her BSN in 2019 from Capella University. Yvonne worked in the Cardiac/COVID ICU prior to taking a leap of faith into the world of cosmetics. Her enthusiasm and calming demeanor put clients at ease when here for any and all our procedures. Yvonne enjoys working out, and horseback riding.

Gabriela Cruz, RN

Gabriela Cruz is a talented registered nurse, who brings four years of OR experience to MilfordMD. A proud graduate of Eastern International College in NJ, Gabriela is passionate about helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals and enhance their confidence.

Outside of work, Gabi loves spending quality time with her family, especially enjoying beach trips together. Her expertise and caring nature make her a valued member of our team, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Michelle McCabe, RN

Michelle brings over 19 years of critical care expertise to MilfordMD. A graduate of Mercer County Community College with an Associate’s degree, and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree, where she graduated magna cum laude, Michelle’s academic achievements reflect her dedication and commitment to nursing excellence.

Born in the Bronx and raised between Yonkers and the Jersey Shore, Michelle’s rich background contributes to her unique perspective and approach to patient care. Her compassion and sense of humor are cherished by her patients, and she thrives on the diversity and challenges that nursing presents. For Michelle, caring for patients and their families is both a privilege and an honor.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle is an avid traveler, always ready for a road trip, and a passionate foodie, exploring new cuisines and culinary experiences wherever she goes.

Kate Greenstein, LE

Kate Greenstein, LE is our Licensed Esthetician and has been practicing since 2015. Kate has come to us from MediSpas and Cosmetic Dermatology offices in the City and has brought her knowledge of skincare, and products to ensure all clients receive superior service. She takes pride in educating clients about their skin health and making recommendations on how to further their results while outside the office. Kate understands how meaningful it is to provide our clients with supportive and personalized care plans. She is a proud momma to a little princess and enjoys the occasional tea party.

Heidi Estok

Heidi Estok, is our Front Desk Supervisor with over 11 years of experience in solely Cosmetics. She has a degree in Education, and is the first point of contact for many, setting the tone for a seamless patient experience. Heidi handles all things scheduling and offers endless support to our clients with guidance and comfort in addition to explaining procedures, answering questions, and personalized attention to detail.

Laura Elaro

Laura Elaro, is our Front Desk Receptionist. With a friendly smile and a warm greeting, Laura is committed to ensuring our clients a seamless visit from beginning to end. With a background in Medical Consulting and degrees in Liberal Arts and Massage Therapy, she has a strong history of patient dedication that she brings to MilfordMD. She spent her early career as a liaison between patients, physicians, and insurance companies followed by her own Massage Therapy Practice. She assists with greeting visitors, answering telephones, and other administrative support functions. In Laura’s free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, cooking, and volunteering in our community.

Taylor Mansey

Taylor Mansey is one of our dedicated receptionists, bringing five years of experience from leading the reception team at a multi-location dermatology practice. With a strong background in customer service, Taylor ensures every patient feels valued and understood. She’s passionate about the ever-evolving aesthetic industry and loves learning about the latest advancements.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys gardening and spending time with her two dogs. Her warm personality and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the MilfordMD family.

Gae Kloetzer

Gae Kloetzer is a friendly and courteous behind-the-scenes key team member who has been working with the practice for over 25 years. She helps with facility management, oversees financial operations, assists the Billing Coordinator, and assists the Office Manager with various projects dealing with both State and AAAHC Accreditation requirements.

Melinda Kiss

Melinda Kiss is our Billing Coordinator. Melinda graduated from Berkeley College with a Bachelors’s in Financial Accounting. With over 8 years of experience in finance, Melinda makes sure we are on top of our day-to-day interactions and keeps our books organized. In her spare time, she enjoys having Spa Days with her daughter and any activity outdoors.
