Celebrities Looking Fab at 50. You Can, Too!
Actor Brad Pitt turned 50 at the end of last year. Big-name celebrities reaching the half-century mark in 2014 include Nicolas Cage, First Lady Michelle Obama, Matt Dillon, model Elle Macpherson, Russell Crowe, Melissa Gilbert, Courteney Cox, John Stamos, Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves.
Look at recent photos of any of these famous people, and you’ll understand why 50 is the new 30. In fact, look around at people you might know, work with or workout with, and you’ll see the transformation. They look vibrant, glowing and have that energy you find in someone 10 to 20 years younger.
Sure, a lot of this has to do with how well people take care of themselves. Being fit, eating right, using sunscreen and not smoking go a long way in preserving looks and health.
However, today’s 50-year-olds aren’t shy about doing more to preserve their looks. That goes for men and women. I see it in my practice, every day.
